About Me

Central Pennsylvania native Sheryl Simmons is well positioned to work with clients in the region, assisting them with designing and decorating the home of their dreams. Prior to becoming a Decorating Den franchise owner, Sheryl spent most of her career in the corporate world, last serving as the Chief Financial Officer for a mid-size insurance company. When her company was acquired by another firm, she decided it was time to transition to a new career.

Sheryl has always had an artistic side and an eye for design. While still in the corporate arena, Sheryl was given the opportunity to design and decorate her former employer’s new offices. It was from that experience that her second career in decorating took flight. After progressing through an extensive qualifying process and completing the company’s Professional Decorating and Sales School, Sheryl became a Decorating Den Interiors franchise owner.

Sheryl offers full-service interior design and has a direct relationship with a wide variety brand name manufacturers and suppliers in our LIVV Home Collection™ of fine furniture, custom window treatments, wall and floor coverings, accessories, lighting and even closet systems. She loves helping people make their house the home they have always dreamed of.

When not decorating, she enjoys singing with The Harrisburg Singers, traveling to new destinations and playing golf with her husband Bruce.
